We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are a diverse creative and passionate crew who is always looking to discover and implement fresh innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.

JOB SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for the operation of the Matan 5 Vutek Flatbed Press HP 5300 HP Jet Latex and the Canon Presses. They must maintain production and quality standards.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficient operation of Matan 5 presses to quality and production standards.
Efficient operation of HP UV Turbo press to quality and production standards.
Efficient operation of HP 5300 presses to quality and production standards.
Efficient operation of Vutek Flatbed 32 H press to quality and production standards.
Efficient operation for Latex press to quality and production standards
Efficient operation for Canon Colorado M Series to quality and production standards.
Efficient Operation of the ICut and Zund cutters
Accurate ET Data collection of time and material usage.
Help monitor stock and ink inventory levels report to purchasing when a reorder is necessary
Quality check all work produced prior to sending to next department
Train other operators as backup on equipment
Cleaning of work area
Maintenance of equipment
Trouble shooting equipment/printing problems
Computer utilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Previous Digital press operation.

Essential Knowledge Skills and Ability:

Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills.
Intermediate to Advanced Mathematical Skills.
Excellent Internal and External Client Skills.
Mechanical Skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Non Essential Knowledge Skills and Ability:

Machine Software
