Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Microsoft D365 Project Lead to oversee and drive full-cycle implementations across Finance & Operations (F&O) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This role requires a strong background in project operations system configuration and deployment along with proven leadership in CRM and Field Service environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft D365 implementations from planning through to post-deployment support
- Manage project operations and guide cross-functional teams to ensure timely on-budget delivery
- Configure deploy and enhance D365 systems to align with evolving business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CRM and Field Service processes
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives
Requirements:
- 5 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 including F&O and SCM
- Proven track record in leading full lifecycle D365 implementations
- Strong experience in project operations CRM and Field Service solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
