Job Description
- Deliver all project objectives for aviation-related civil engineering projects (airside and landside).
- Manage scope schedule and budget across multiple project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build Design-Build P3).
- Collaborate with internal disciplines and sub-consultants to define scope and project fees.
- Develop project-specific plans including Project Management Plans and quality management plans.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Communicate project status and updates to all stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development SMART Go/No Go decisions and interviews in collaboration with leadership.
- Prepare progress reports and invoice reviews.
- Manage and mentor team members with continuous performance feedback and coaching.
- Coordinate technical resources to ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License with the ability to register in multiple states within 3 months.
- 10 years of experience in civil engineering with at least 7 years managing projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading multi-discipline teams.
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Experience with air-side airport infrastructure projects (runways taxiways taxilanes RSA improvements).
- Knowledge of FAA guidelines and circulars.
- Familiarity with a variety of delivery methods (DBB DB P3).
