About the role:
is seeking a detail-oriented analytically driven Sales Operations Analyst to help optimize and scale our go-to-market systems processes and insights. Youll play a key role in improving sales efficiency driving operational excellence and enabling data-informed decision-making across our Revenue organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment is eager to improve how things work and enjoys partnering cross-functionally to solve complex problems.
What youll do:
Optimize sales systems and processes: Customize Salesforce implement automation and improve internal tools to streamline the quote-to-order lifecycle
Enable data-driven decisions: Build reports dashboards and run analyses to support forecasting performance reviews pipeline health and GTM strategy
Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales Finance and Revenue Operations to identify process gaps improve data quality and support pricing and deal structuring
Support strategic initiatives: Help drive annual planning territory design quota setting and compensation operations as the team scales
What youll bring:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Engineering or another quantitatively rigorous field
24 years of experience in Sales Operations Management Consulting Investment Banking or another analytically-focused role
Strong Excel (or Google Sheets) and PowerPoint skills; experience with Salesforce or BI tools is a plus
Curious data-driven mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desire to help build and scale a high-performing tech company from the ground up
Salary and Equity:
At we take a market-based approach to compensation. Final offers are based on job-related skills experience location and internal equity.
Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package including stock options and the opportunity to share in the companys growth.
The starting base salary range for this role is: $90000 - $115000
