THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
As a Maintenance Technician I you will be a vital part of keeping our communities safe functional and beautiful. Youll handle a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks ensuring that residents enjoy a well-maintained place they are proud to call home. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic a desire to learn and basic maintenance skills.
WHAT YOULL DO:
General Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks including basic plumbing electrical carpentry and appliance repairs.
Respond to Work Orders: Complete resident service requests efficiently and with a customer-first approach.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems and common areas.
Grounds & Facility Upkeep: Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the property including minor landscaping pressure washing and exterior maintenance.
Support Emergency Needs: Assist with after-hours or emergency repairs when required.
Inventory & Tools: Maintain tools and supply inventory ensuring you have what you need to complete tasks.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work.
A desire to learn and grow in the field of property maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Positive team-oriented attitude.
Valid drivers license may be required based on property needs.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and property management software or willingness to learn.
