Why this role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Sales Operations Manager to join Snyks Strategy & Operations team to support our hyper-growth. This position will report directly to Snyks Director Sales Ops. The mission of the Strategy & Operations team is to support Snyks Leadership team in driving hyper-growth by enabling good efficient decision-making rapid effective execution and scale. This role is impactful because you will be a key part of the team driving Snyks hyper-growth by supporting the leadership team. You will have a direct impact on the companys ability to make efficient decisions and execute on them effectively.
What Youll Do:
Create and deliver weekly operations reports and sales forecasts.
Track analyze and report on sales and sales process KPIs.
Deliver actionable insights to leadership to inform decisions to increase Go-To-Market (GTM) effectiveness and efficiency.
Support ad hoc sales analytics and develop new reporting tools stemming from multiple data sources.
Assist Sales Management with Annual and Quarterly planning including customer segmentation territory design and quota deployment.
Manage assigned projects to drive increased operational efficiency within sales and sales operations.
Train teams on how to use our sales tools (e.g. CRM) most effectively; subsequently collaborating with them on ideas and enhancements to our tools and our overall sales process.

You have the ability to build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders that have diverse interests.
You have program management skills and comfort multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy acquiring new knowledge and skills and can do so quickly.
You are agile and enjoy the speed of a fast-paced highly engaged startup environment.
You bring at least 4 years of experience working with a SaaS or a technology company in an operational role.
You are an exceptional problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Have a Bachelors degree within a critical thinking field (economics finance accounting operations etc.).
Are proficient in MS Excel.
Have experience with BI tools (Looker) and/or Salesforce dashboarding.
