Commercial Lines Processor
Job Summary
Looking for a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Lines Processor to join a growing team. This role provides integral support to the Account Managers ensuring the smooth processing of policies and client documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers with daily policy processing tasks
- Serve as a backup receptionist directing phone calls as needed
- Email and mail policies endorsements and Auto ID cards to clients
- Process Certificates of Insurance promptly and accurately
- Request corrections from carriers as necessary
- Maintain accurate and organized client files in the agency management system
- Monitor and follow up on pending documents from carriers and clients
- Scan and upload incoming documents into client files
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applied EPIC is highly desirable
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
