At Eyas Landing our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) play a central role in implementing comprehensive therapeutic programs that blend education with intensive ABA-based interventions. Our approach is family-centered and relationship-driven ensuring children achieve success at home school and in their communities. Join us to become part of an innovative team that values mentorship professional growth and impactful evidence-based care.
Set Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (no evenings no weekends).
One Location: 3319 N Elston Ave. Chicago IL - Convenient on-site parking available!
Fully On-site: no travel required.
Our BCBAs are at the forefront of delivering impactful services including:
Caregiver Training - Empower families to support their childs development.
Compassionate Care - Deliver interventions grounded in empathy.
Applied Behavior Analysis - Design and implement evidence-based programs.
Case Management & RBT Supervision - Oversee and guide dedicated team members.
Behavior Management - Develop strategies to foster positive behaviors.
Team Collaboration - Work with educators and therapists for cohesive care delivery.
BCBA Qualifications Required
Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis education or a related field.
8-hour Supervision Completed.
Previous experience working with neurodivergent children is preferred but not required.

At Eyas Landing we partner with Merlin Day Academy educators to provide exceptional services through a multidisciplinary intensive therapy and education model. Our programs help children with neuro-diverse learning needs reach their full potential. Together Eyas Landing and Merlin Day Academy offer children ages 6-14 an intensive individualized educational environment that focuses on functional and educational skill-building.
Our highly collaborative team includes specialists in ABA occupational therapy speech therapy physical therapy special education feeding therapy and more. Together we empower students to succeed in both education and everyday life.
