NaviPoint Advisory Group a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our team. As we continue to enhance our client experience and provide top-tier financial planning services we are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team.

What Youll Do:

• Assist with meeting preparation ensuring advisors are well-equipped with necessary materials and insights.
• Provide financial planning support including data gathering analysis and plan development.
• Manage client follow-ups ensuring action items are completed efficiently.
• Execute trades transactions and paperwork with precision and compliance in mind.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows and enhance client service.

Qualifications

• A licensed financial professional (preferred) but we are open to candidates willing to obtain certification.
• Experience in financial services wealth management or financial planning is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• APMA credential is highly desirable as this expertise would add significant value to our team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $26 per hour commensurate with experience
