Job Description
The Ford Store Morgan Hill is looking for aLot Attendant/Porter who is energetic reliable and ready to support our busy service team. You will help keep our lot organized vehicles clean and customers moving while playing a vital role in delivering a top-tier service experience.

Lot Attendant/Porter Key Responsibilities
Move vehicles to and from service areas and parking lots
Install protective coverings (seat covers steering wheel covers floor mats) and service tags in incoming vehicles
Refuel and top off fluids (gas oil water) as needed
Wash and detail vehicles
Maintain cleanliness of lot service drive sidewalks and work spaces
Transport customers to and from their homes as needed
Attend staff meetings training sessions and educational sessions
Complete all required documentation in compliance with company standards and regulations
Follow all safety rules and guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Valid unrestricted drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Skilled at maneuvering vehicles in tight spaces
Professional reliable and self-directed
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Basic computer and internet literacy
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
