Full-Time MondayFriday (Some weekends as needed)
Salary: $50000$70000 per year Performance Bonuses
Floor Coverings International is a locally owned and fast-growing flooring franchise committed to delivering high-quality flooring solutions with a white-glove customer experience. We are currently seeking a Production Manager with proven flooring installation expertise to lead our operations and ensure smooth on-time and on-budget project execution.
- Manage all flooring installation projects from scheduling to completion
- Coordinate and supervise installation crews and subcontractors
- Communicate timelines and project details to customers and installers
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered accurately and on time
- Perform site visits for quality control and issue resolution
- Support the sales team with technical input on complex jobs
- Maintain organized warehouse and product inventory
- Lead weekly production meetings with sales and operations staff
- Ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience
- Strong background in flooring installation or production/project management (required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing subcontractors and job scheduling
- Comfortable with technology (Salesforce Outlook Excel etc.)
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Salary range of $50000$70000 (commensurate with experience)
