Job Description

The CASS Oversight Officer plays a critical role in ensuring our firms compliance with the FCAs Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS). This role requires a deep understanding of CASS regulations a strong analytical mindset and the ability to effectively oversee and assess the operational effectiveness of our CASS control framework.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the firms CASS controls are operating effectively to mitigate risks associated with client assets (as delegated from the role-holder of the prescribed management responsibility for CASS PRz).
- To identify and address any weaknesses or gaps in the CASS control framework.
- To promote a culture of compliance with CASS regulations throughout the organisation.
- To contribute to the firms overall risk management strategy.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of Operational or Second-Line CASS Exposure.
- Demonstrable experience in retail financial services.
- Hands-on problem solving approach.
- Desirable: experience in fast growing fintech.
