$200 a month car allowance towards the purchase or lease of any new Lincoln Volvo or Polestar
What Were Looking For:
Certified Lincoln or Ford Technician (all levels encouraged to apply).
Proven track record in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance.
Ability to provide efficiency quality and fixed-first-visit scores (so we can appreciate your skillset fully).
Eagerness to grow and continually improve within a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid drivers license.
Proof of current Lincoln/Ford certification (were excited to see the levels youve achieved).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
