The Opportunity
Were working with a leading national law firm seeking a Senior Family Lawyer (8 years PAE) to join their highly regarded Melbourne team. This is a unique chance to work with some of the most respected family law specialists in the country advising a predominantly high-net-worth client base on complex and often high-profile matters.
Youll be supported by an experienced national team but also given the autonomy to manage files build strong client relationships and further develop your own practice in a stable growth-focused environment.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll act on a broad range of family law matters including:
- Complex property settlements and financial agreements
- Parenting and relocation disputes
- Child support and family violence matters
- Both negotiated outcomes (e.g. mediation) and litigation in the FCFCOA
Youll work alongside highly experienced family law partners with a reputation for excellence thought leadership and strong mentoring.
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8 years experience in family law
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Experience dealing with HNW or complex matters
- A professional yet empathetic approach to clients
- The ability to support and guide junior lawyers
