Requirements (Education Experience Licensure Certification): - Employees are expected to work on-site at 800 Broadway during standard business hours.
- Bachelors degree inComputer ScienceMathematics Economics Information Management or Statistics.
- 2 years of experience writing SQL PSQL queries.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel. Working with complex formulas pivot tables charts and VBA.
- 2 years of working experience with SQL Server Oracle SQL Developer.
- Experience in one or more of the following Tableau Power BI Python.
Preferred Qualifications: - Masters degree in Computer Science Mathematics Economics Information Management or Statistics.
- 5 years of experience writing complex SQL statements.
- 2 years of scripting experience.
- 3 years of working experience with SQL Server Oracle SQL Developer
- 5 years of Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Working with complex formulas pivot table and charting and VBA.

Job Duties: - Interfaces with users/staff of all levels of the Court.
- Ability to write and interpret SQL statements to perform and deliver data analysis and reporting.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools.
- Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Support and administer JCMS case management System. Which includes updating documentation testing and user administration.
- Create and maintain data dictionary.
- Provide updates and explanations of existing reporting packages.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources.
- Ability to analyze and provide details on existing reports.
- Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to effectively communicate with court leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.
