Below are the requirements for the Maintenance:Currently we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician. This position will apply knowledge of Mechanical and Controls Technologies to new and existing processes to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Direct and/or participate in root cause analysis and team problem solving activities. They will train coach and mentor manufacturing and technical Position QualificationsStrong Mechanical Molding Machine Repair and finding and Trouble Shooting Controls Valve Gate Controls and and understand electrical hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and Head Crane and Forklift and Inductive Capacitive starters relays supplies and and Motor literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office of Common Machine Guarding Devices. Bumper Strips Light Curtains Pressure Mats Out Tag machine safety electrical safety and machine guarding: high level of safety awareness (OSHA NEC and RIA).Supports Quality System for ISO/TS/IATF including but not limited to Corrective and Preventative ActionsEducation and Degree preferred or course work in Hydraulic Circuits Blue print reading Hydraulic Pneumatic and Electrical 5 years Machine Repair and Maintenance Desired ExperiencePLC hardware and hardware and & database and variable frequency drive hardware and set up and systems set up and programming.
