About the Role:
As a Co-Caretaker / Guest Service Agent youll be the first point of contact for guests - providing exceptional service while supporting daily front office operations and caretaking duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in co-caretaking duties and ensure the property is well-maintained
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Oversee check-ins check-outs and guest enquiries
- Support and guide the front office team leading by example
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Assist with monthly reporting and administrative duties
- Promptly address guest feedback or complaints
Please note: This role is based in Casuarina NSW
Qualifications :
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience in front office hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Proficient with reservation systems and Microsoft Office (training provided)
- Reliable self-motivated and able to work independently
- Eligible to live onsite and perform shared caretaking responsibilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
