A sales concierge acts as a dedicated point of contact for customers guiding them through the layout of inventory and the introduction of the car buying experience. A concierge plays a pivotal role in personalized guidance a streamlined process time savings and relationship building. The goal of a Sales Concierge is to always pridethemselves on the customer experience and valuation of customer time. Here at Bill Jarrett Ford we aim to deliver the Ritz Carlton experience to our customers not only through sales but in Service Parts Quicklane and Body Shop. Concierges are an excellent way to empower a culture meant to serve others.
In essence a sales dealership concierge acts as a dedicated advocate for the customer simplifying the complex car-buying process and providing a premium personalized service that builds trust and fosters stronger relationships between the dealership and its clientele.
Responsibilities:
Create a more personalized and convenient experience for customers.
Aim to save customers time and effort by handling many of the traditional car buying steps.
Coordinate the delivery of the vehicle sometimes even offering at-home test drives and delivery.
Help build and maintain relationships with customers potentially leading to repeat business and referrals.
Work alongside with sales and other dealership departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and optimize processes.
