Job Description

Are you a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for pediatric care and leadership Were seeking an experiencedLPN Regional Supervisor to oversee a team of caregivers and CNAs who provide one-on-one care for children in various settings.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a compassionate team ensure high standards of care and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families across multiple locations in Mississippi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Care Teams: Oversee caregivers and CNAs providing in-home care to pediatric clients ensuring quality and consistency in service.

  • Staff Support & Development: Provide training mentorship and ongoing support to ensure team members deliver safe effective and compassionate care.

  • Care Oversight: Monitor and evaluate patient care ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory requirements.

  • Family Communication: Serve as the point of contact for families addressing concerns answering questions and fostering strong relationships.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and agency policies.

  • Scheduling & Coverage: Manage caregiver schedules and assignments to ensure consistent and appropriate coverage.

  • Field Visits: Conduct regular home visits to observe care assess patient needs and support caregivers in the field.

Requirements

  • Active LPN license in the state of Mississippi

  • At least 3 years of experience as an LPN

  • Minimum of 3 years in home health or caregiver services

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role

  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with electronic health records and documentation

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (travel required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with pediatric patients in a home setting

  • Familiarity with WellSky or similar healthcare software

  • CPR First Aid and BLS certification

  • COVID-19 and TB vaccinations up to date
