Office-Based 25000 (Depending on Experience)
Full-Time Immediate Start Available
About the Role
We are urgently seeking two experienced Pre-Litigation File Handlers to join our growing team. You will manage your own caseload of industrial disease (ID) and noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL) claims handling files from instruction through to settlement.
This is an office-based position offering a supportive environment with excellent opportunities to develop your expertise in ID / NIHL claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigated ID / NIHL files independently
- Progress cases efficiently towards settlement
- Draft correspondence and negotiate settlements
- Liaise with clients defendants medical experts and counsel
- Ensure compliance with the CPR internal processes and regulatory standards
About You
12 months experience handling pre-litigation ID / NIHL claims.
Strong working knowledge of the claims process and CPR.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Organised proactive and able to manage deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment.
