Multiskilled Fabric Engineer
Location: Cardiff

With people and the built environment at the heart of everything they do theyre now looking for a talented Multiskilled Fabric Engineer to join their team.
The Role
As a mobile Fabric Engineer youll be carrying out a variety of reactive repairs planned maintenance and minor project works across client sites in your region. Every day will be different from fixing a leaking tap to repairing a roof tile youll be the go-to problem solver for keeping facilities in top condition.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Brick & block laying
- Plumbing repairs
- Plastering & tiling (walls & floors)
- General building carpentry & joinery
- Painting & decorating
- Lock door & window repairs
- Groundworks & roofing
- Supporting minor project works and refurbishments
What Were Looking For:
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar multi-skilled role or construction environment
- A proactive adaptable approach to work with a focus on high standards
- Good communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Full UK driving licence
