Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in the Dallas office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex litigation cases and be comfortable working in a fast-paced high-stakes environment. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver outstanding legal counsel and representation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation including discovery motions depositions trial preparation and courtroom appearances.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings motions and briefs.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and represent clients in various litigation matters.
- Advise clients on legal risks potential outcomes and strategic approaches to litigation.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar.
- 3 years of experience in litigation with strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and manage tight deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
