Continuum Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Evening Caregiver to support clients in the Muskegon area. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working evenings and are passionate about providing high-quality one-on-one care to seniors in the comfort of their own homes.
Shift Details:
Evening Shifts: Typical start times between 4:00 PM 6:00 PM
Schedule: 35 evenings per week (flexible based on availability)
Location: Muskegon MI and surrounding areas
Responsibilities:
Assist with evening routines (dressing toileting grooming)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Prepare light meals/snacks and medication reminders
Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
Accurately document care and communicate with care coordinators
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care facility or personal care aide)
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Must pass a background check
Compassionate patient and dependable
Comfortable working independently in a clients home
