Forklift & Equipment Sales Representative
Phoenix AZ (Remote)
Pay: Base Salary: $60000$75000 Uncapped Commission On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80000$100000
Schedule: Flexible Travel Required
Madden Industrial Craftsmen a premier staffing agency is seeking a driven Forklift & Equipment Sales Representative for a leading equipment rental company in the Phoenix area. This is a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced and ambitious B2B/B2C sales professional who is ready to take ownership of a sales territory. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the equipment or material handling industry and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
As an independent and remote representative you will be the face of Beach City Lift in the Phoenix area with the autonomy to manage your own schedule and client portfolio. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales thrives in an independent role and is motivated by a high-earning potential.
What Youll Do:
Develop and manage a sales territory throughout the Phoenix metro area and surrounding regions.
Identify prospect and secure new business opportunities for forklift and heavy equipment rentals and sales.
Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
Provide accurate and timely quotes follow up on leads and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Educate customers on our equipment offerings and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the equipment rental forklift or a related industrial sector.
Direct knowledge and hands-on experience with forklifts and/or material handling equipment is highly preferred.
A valid Drivers License with a clean MVR.
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote field-based role.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
