Hall Motor Company is seeking a dependable customer-focused Assistant Service Advisor to support our busy service department by coordinating vehicles updating customers managing workflow and maintaining shop organization. Its a strong entry point into automotive service with great growth potential.

Responsibilities:
- Support Service Advisors by updating customers managing paperwork and preparing repair orders
- Move customer vehicles to and from the service drive and technician bays
- Maintain cleanliness of service drive bays waiting areas and loaner fleet
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed
- Assist with service scheduling and customer intake
- Wash and vacuum vehicles post-service when necessary
- Run local errands for the service department (e.g. picking up parts)
- Learn dealership systems and processes with the goal of growing into a full Service Advisor role
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional courteous and team-oriented mindset
- Dependable punctual and organized
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred but not required
- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
