B-Level Technician Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of vehicle repairs including brakes suspensionHVAC systems and basic drivability concerns.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
- Work with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Complete routine maintenance services including fluid changes alignments and filter replacements.
- Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order.
- Continue ongoing training to advance technical skills and achieve FordSTST certifications.
B-Level Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience.
- ASE certifications or Ford STST (Specialist Technician Specialty Training) preferred.
- Proficiency in brakes suspensionHVAC and drivability diagnostics.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- ValidU.S. drivers license with a safe driving record.
