PATH is seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Outreach Services team as the Data Coordinator at the RHC location.

Since its foundation in 1984 PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention street outreach employment preparation and placement assistance individualized case management supportive services interim housing and permanent supportive housing.

ABOUT THE JOB
As part of the Outreach Services team the Program Data Coordinator works in conjunction with the Data Manager and program leadership to support the data needs of the Coordinated Entry System (CES). The Program Data Coordinator aggregates and tracks program performance in collaboration with other team members and PATHs Quality Assurance Department and works with the Data Manager to assist with contract compliance records management and program invoicing. The Program Data Coordinator also coordinates their assigned team to help identify system enhancements and develop tools that support further improvements in data collection report generation and overall data access and implementation. Additionally the Program Data Coordinator works with the management team to identify opportunities for performance improvement to the system as a whole and the resources necessary to attain make such improvements.
Position Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and monitor data systems.
- Help develop and implement training programs aimed at developing partner capacity as it relates to the Coordinated Entry System.
- Track outcomes and monitor progress against established goals.
- Analyze programmatic data to determine strengths and gaps.
- Complete reports for timely submission as required by funders
- Provide backup outreach and case management support to the region as needed.
- Administer client databases including generating and analyzing reports user management and adherence to Homeless Management Information Systems policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with and help implement document and data management policies in collaboration with the Data Manager.
- Analyze program results and progress toward specific outcomes and goals.
- Design develop and implement regular reports for various audiences including stakeholders funders and board members.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Three (3) years of paid experience gathering and analyzing data in a social/human services field.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- One (1) year of paid experience gathering and analyzing data in a social/human services field.
GENERAL STAFF REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification paid for by the Company.
- Ability to work Flexible hours which may include evenings or weekends.
- Employment Eligibility Verification.
- Perform all work in CA.
- Successful completion of background screening (which may include an LAX clearance Veterans Affairs Clearance Sheriff Clearance or another clearance for specific contracts) and drug test.
- Updated Tuberculosis Test
DRIVING
Driving is an essential function of this position. To meet the employment requirements for this role all candidates must:
- Have reliable transportation
- A valid drivers license
- Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
- The ability to qualify for PATHs insurance coverage
