Job Description
LPN with home care experience or CNA with 10 years experience and 2 years of supervisory experience/ experience in HR
Job description/requirements:
Experience with Medicaid home care and Mississippi medicaid waiver program
Provide orientation andongoing training to home care CNA and caregiver staff.
Responsible for compliance with MS state Home Care Medicaid regulations. This person will help start the Medicaid department/with assistance from current management team. Ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and enjoy creating and following processes. We have all of the medicaid compliance documentation in place and have support from a 3rd partyto assist with any questions.
You will work closely with current management in a friendly/team environment. This job may allow some days to be remote/from home once the program is up and running.
Must have a passion for education and excellent communication skills. Must have experience with electronic medical record systems and be able to quickly learn other software programs. Initially will be 20-30 hrs a week and anticipate will grow into full time within the next 6 months/year.
Pay commensurate with experience.
