Job Type & Schedule

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday weekends off

Work Requirements:

  • Commute Required: Must be able to travel to Dandridge TN

  • Work Location: On-site in our service department

Role Overview

We are currently hiring a dependable and experienced Service Technician to perform diagnostics repairs and routine maintenance on customer vehicles. The right candidate will take pride in their work thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair various automotive systems including brakes engines and electrical components

  • Handle scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes tire service and inspections

  • Clearly communicate service needs and updates to advisors

  • Maintain thorough documentation of all repairs and inspections

  • Keep the service bay clean and follow safety procedures at all times

  • Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certification programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience

  • Familiarity with Ford systems and certifications is a plus

  • Strong diagnostic abilities and mechanical knowledge

  • Reliable self-motivated and team-focused

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record

  • High school diploma or GED
