Lead all activities to implement the SIF (Standard Implementation Framework) at the site with the goal to take the plant to successful Opal Ruby and Diamond certifications by appropriate time.
What youll do:
Lead all activities to implement the SIF (Standard Implementation Framework) at the site with the goal to take the plant to successful Opal Ruby and Diamond certifications by appropriate time.
Define implement and monitor implementation of key tools methodologies and requirements in line with the GEM principles. Specific standard activities will include implementation of:
- a site engagement plan
- a site communication plan
- Definition of standardized work systems (SOS LSW)
- Developing a case for change
- Enhancing goal definition and deployment to all individuals
- Kaizen training & involvement
Support continuous improvement following implementation
Serve as as change agent with the plant leadership team and plant employees
Lead site pre-analysis including base lining operational and financial measurements
Closely monitors GEM maturity assesment scorecards and develop actions to enhance current situation in deploying GEM site-wide
Challenge conventional thinking drive accountability for site or functional GEM results and deployment and sustain the application of GEM
Teach continuous improvement thinking & lead Kaizen events and TKE on a regular basis
Is responsible for following the management systems in production quality HS&E areas and other external and internal standards and regulations
Observes and ensures following of work rules and internal HS&E guidelines resulting from responsibilities of managers and other employees in HS&E areas in the current wording
Manage the development of his team members through the HPD and MRR process
Executive MRR process
Lead and complete the Performance & Development Summaries (PDS) Compensation planning (GCP) Performance&Compensation discussions Mid Year assessment goals settings of his team
Manage and execute STRAP & AOP Alignment
What we need:
University degree required
5 years minimum of experience in similar role in in production company preferred automotive industry
Project management to lead the supplier activities related to npi
Six Sigma Green-belt (minimum) or Black Belt /Lean expert / TPM expert (preferred).
Excellent knowledge of company processes & Tools to manage people (HPD PDS MRR GCP R&R ) & ability of assessing training needs
Knowledge of IATF16949 & ISO9001
Knowledge of AOP & STRAP planning
Language: fluent English and 2nd European language as option.
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Well organized to manage multiple competing priorities in parallel
