Job Description
Breakfast Chef Full Time Mercure Bridgwater Hotel
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional breakfast dishes and ready to join a dedicated culinary team Mercure Bridgwater Hotel is looking for a Breakfast Chef to work alongside our experienced Head Chef preparing and serving high-quality breakfast for our hotel residents.
What youll do:
Prepare and cook breakfast to the highest standards ensuring our Brand Standards are consistently met
Work a daily shift from approximately 4:30/5:00 AM to 12:30/1:00 PM
Assist with bar and lunch service including preparing items for the main menu
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
What were looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but full training will be provided
A strong passion for producing impeccable food consistently
Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays
Reliable and motivated team player
