The Breadwinner Bakery is a family-owned wholesale bakery in Edinburgh established in 1973 that specializes in handcrafted additive-free breads pastries and cakes. They supply a wide range of productsincluding sourdough vegan pain au chocolat tray bakes and seasonal treatsto local restaurants cafs and 17 Scotmid stores across the city.
They are looking for a Digital Office Support Apprentice to join their small office team on-site in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a digital support link between office and production teams helping to plan and schedule efficiently using Microsoft Teams.
- Become a super-user of core bakery systems including Cybake QuickBooks Procure Wizard Acquire and Enterprise Foods supporting office staff in using these tools effectively.
- Provide first-line digital support across the bakery assisting colleagues with data entry customer records and stock management through various software platforms.
- Use QuickBooks to manage financial tasks such as generating reports processing payroll and sending invoices.
- Gain advanced access to Cybake and CaseFlow supporting production planning customer order management inventory control and compliance.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel) to manage communications invoicing and data handling with a high level of accuracy.
Salary: 14722.50 per annum
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week 8am - 3.30pm.
