Job Description
In this exciting role you will be responsible for managing the top accounts for corporate inbound and MICE sectors. Supported by a close-knit team you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to assist in developing a strategic approach to ensure the acquisition of major business and partnership opportunities to achieve total hotel revenue targets.
You will be responsible for managing proactive sales and will work closely with the Conference and Event Sales team to drive conferencing business for the Hotel. You will be required to stay up to date with key market information and trends and use this to leverage current and new addition to managing the Hotels key accounts you will also be expected to develop low-producing accounts to ideally convert them into key accounts for the Hotel.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated sales experience in a hotel environment with a particular focus on MICE. You will have the natural ability to source develop and manage new business leads. You will have strong communication skills both verbally and written and will be a naturally ambitious leader who is always seeking the next business opportunity. You will have an obvious passion for forming ongoing relationships and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Experience and knowledge of Opera and Delphi will be highly regarded.
