Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Orange County team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling civil disputes including personal injury business litigation and insurance defense. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of skilled litigators on complex high-profile cases in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases including discovery motions trials and appeals.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful case outcomes.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar.
- 4-8 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong legal research writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
