Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Drive results by securing group business and negotiating contracts that align with each hotels strategy and financial goals.
- Regularly travel to assigned market hotels feeder cities and industry events to connect and close.
- Design and deliver creative value-driven proposals that stand out in a crowded market.
- Stay sharp with competitive analysis while maintaining accurate notes in Delphi for full visibility across teams.
- Collaborate closely with property sales teams to ensure client expectations and hotel execution are perfectly aligned.
- Represent Atrium with professionalism at trade shows community events and in all interactions.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5 years of hotel sales experience You know how to drive $3M in revenue and build relationships that last.
- Leadership of multiple properties preferred Because leading beyond one property takes vision and finesse.
- Fluent in or Marriott CI/TY Tech-savvy leaders keep everyone on the same page.
- Strong negotiation skills You can drive a hard bargain while building trust.
- Customer-first mindset We win when our clients win and you know how to get us there.
