Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns trim edges and perform weed eating around buildings and grounds
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of facility grounds
- Operate and maintain lawn equipment and power tools
- Clear debris leaves and snow (as needed)
- Assist with general shop tasks including organizing tools and materials
- Help with light building repairs painting or basic plumbing as needed
- Receive and stock deliveries and materials
- Maintain clean and orderly workspaces
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Experience with lawn care equipment (mowers trimmers etc.)
- Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with hand tools
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Dependable self-motivated and able to follow instructions
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance
- Ability to operate small machinery or power tools safely
