JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Office of Research Business Development Marketing & Communications within OSVPR (Office of the Senior Vice President for Research) is seeking a part-time business development and HubSpot support staff member to work approximately 10-20 hours per week helping to support key research for strategies within several of the OSVPR units.

Assignments will be within key areas:

Thispositionrequires experience with the business development / marketing / sales funnels and must have a working understanding of HubSpot (Salesforce is a plus including Marketing cloud) and analytics platforms such as PowerBI. Must have US Citizenship. A high level of HubSpot expertise is desired.

This is a remote (or on-site) position with opportunities for local hires to join in-person meetings and team gatherings. Candidates should plan to be available for meetings during business hours (8-5 M-F) but a bulk of the work can be completed on a flexible schedule. The candidate should be self-directed with an ability to organize and prioritize their work to meet established deadlines. Expected hours per week are 10-20.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988 Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security such as those concerning alcohol and drug use crime prevention the reporting of crimes sexual assault and other matters.
