Precion Grinding/Machining

Were seeking a skilled and motivated Precision Grinder to join our trusted team in a dynamic machine shop environment. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in precision manufacturing and enjoys working with state-of-the-art grinding equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate surface grinders belt grinders and rotary grinders

Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet exact specifications

Inspect parts using micrometers calipers and other precision instruments

Maintain equipment and keep the workspace clean and organized

Work closely with machinists and engineers to optimize processes

Support a culture of safety accuracy and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 yearsof experience in precision grinding or a similar machine shop role
• Experience in aerospace part manufacturing a plus
• Solid understanding of grinding equipment and techniques
• Ability to interpret detailed technical documentation and tolerances
• Experience with aerospace medical or automotive components is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Pay Rate:$22 per hour

Shift:2nd 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

* Must be available to work weekends and overtime when need *
