Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our global CRO. You will be working within the Financial department under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant looking to grow and build a career within an international company and be part of a dynamic and proactive team.

This position is maternity cover.

What youll be doing:

To post domestic and foreign invoices with particular attention to the related VAT treatment;
Providing accounting data necessary for management reporting and budget preparation;
To maintain/update excel files containing accounting details for the posted expenses;
To support the Accounts Payable Coordinator in the periodic VAT checks
Reconciling the AP accounts for monthly and annual closing.

What were looking for:

Diploma in Accounting or Bachelors degree in Economics.
At least2 yearsof experience in a similar position.
Previous experience working in a CRO is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel.
Good Planning and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.
Team-working oriented.
Experience with government electronic platforms like Fatturazione Elettronica Cassetto Fiscale.
