Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant looking to grow and build a career within an international company and be part of a dynamic and proactive team.
What youll be doing:
- To post domestic and foreign invoices with particular attention to the related VAT treatment;
- Providing accounting data necessary for management reporting and budget preparation;
- To maintain/update excel files containing accounting details for the posted expenses;
- To support the Accounts Payable Coordinator in the periodic VAT checks
- Reconciling the AP accounts for monthly and annual closing.
What were looking for:
- Diploma in Accounting or Bachelors degree in Economics.
- At least2 yearsof experience in a similar position.
- Previous experience working in a CRO is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel.
- Good Planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Team-working oriented.
- Experience with government electronic platforms like Fatturazione Elettronica Cassetto Fiscale.
