- Product Strategy: You define and own the product innovation strategy for our gym customers
- Team Leadership: You lead develop and empower a team of 15 Product Managers across multiple product areas
- Prioritization: You support your team in making smart decisions from roadmap planning to prioritization and execution
- KPI Ownership: You own key KPIs define the best path to reach our product goals and guide your team toward both short-term wins and long-term strategic outcomes
- Stakeholder Alignment: You represent the product perspective in leadership and stakeholder forums driving alignment across departments
- Excellence Culture: You foster a culture of ownership collaboration and continuous improvement within your team
Your fitness level
- Experience: You bring 10 years of experience in Product Management including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role; experience in hardware development is beneficial but not a must
- Track Record: You have a proven history of success in international fast-moving product organizations with diverse stakeholders
- People Development: You have a structured and effective approach to coaching and developing Product Managers
- Passion: You are passionate about fitness health and technology and motivated by purpose-driven product work
- Languages: You are business fluent in English; German is a plus
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Customer & Market Understanding: Youve developed a strong understanding of our customer needs product landscape and our market
- Team Relationships: Youve earned the trust and appreciation of your team and key cross-functional partners
- Product Ecosystem: Youve built a deep knowledge of the EGYM product ecosystem
- Strategic Impact: Youve contributed to major initiatives helped shape team strategy and started solving high-impact challenges
