Job Description
As an S&G Fountain Drink Technician you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness functionality and quality of commercial S&G soda fountain equipment. Your responsibilities will include the safe disassembly thorough cleaning repair and reassembly of beverage dispensing units.
- Interpret and follow detailed instructions based on customer and company specifications
- Safely disassemble soda fountain units using hand power and pneumatic tools
- Clean and sanitize all components to meet quality standards
- Inspect repair or replace defective parts as necessary
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Polish and refinish stainless steel surfaces
- Reassemble units and conduct operational testing and quality control checks
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Capable of performing detailed mechanical work requiring fine motor skills
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work under team leadership
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to stand walk and sit for extended periods
- Frequent bending kneeling crouching crawling climbing and reaching
- Repetitive hand movements and manual dexterity
- Capability to lift carry push or pull moderate to heavy loads
- Operate tools and equipment safely
