Job Description

A Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation of multiple forms of content to enhance a companys credibility and customer-base. Their duties include leading a managing and creating 5 different automotive manufactures websites creating content strategies to highlight products and services and reviewing competitor content and market trends to identify new content ideas.

Duties and Responsibilities

A Content Managers main duty is to maintain the companys web content and ensure that the website is updated regularly with relevant and exciting material. Apart from this they should also be able to perform the following daily functions:

  • Writing and overseeing content creation for the companys website
  • Researching and sourcing content for the companys website
  • Targeting a specific set of keywords for all the articles written and published
  • Monitoring the competitions online activities
  • Writing editing and publishing SEO content pieces
  • Repurposing content to fit the publishing media video production or social media
  • Working closely with the companys marketing team to devise online marketing strategies
  • Updating content to ensure that its current
  • Producing print projects for the dealerships.
  • Create and utilize tools needed for websitesto be successful.
  • Coach and evaluate the outside website vendors.
  • Ensure that all required elements for manufactures website are current and correct.
  • Mitigate risks on projects by developing and implementing alternative plans as needed.
  • Ensure that the content teams are utilizing templates consistently and correctly so that development is standardized.
  • Deliver high quality error-free engaging and complete lesson content to the website.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and college Diploma.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
  • Previous industry knowledge Sales or Service experience
  • Positive attitude
  • 2 years experience in this field
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background & drug screen
