What Youll Do:
- Assist internal and external customers with parts requests and ensure exceptional service
- Manage your own parts counter sales and process orders via phone counter and service teams
- Use catalogs and computer systems to identify locate and order the correct parts
- Distribute daily parts packages to technicians and assist in loading/unloading inventory
- Monitorback orders and expedite when needed
- File completed purchase orders and assist with annual physical inventory
- Maintain a clean organized counter and parts room
- Support the warehouse and office administration as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager
What You Bring:
- 3 years of parts experience preferably in the lift truck or industrial equipment industry
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Dependable and organized with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with parts receiving storing issuing and basic office equipment
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass apre-employment drug screening and background check
