Job Description
Cashier
The cashier/greeter is the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership and the last point of contact as they complete their transactions. This role creates a warm and professional welcome assists with general inquiries processes payments for service and parts and directs customers to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate is friendly organized and customer-service oriented able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm professional attitude
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or team member
- Process service and parts payments via cash check or credit card
- Balance the cash drawer and issue accurate receipts
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them as needed
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
- Support appointment check-ins and verify customer info
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing scanning etc.)
- Provide updates to waiting customers when appropriate
- Help with dealership events or customer appreciation efforts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service or cashiering experience preferred
- Comfortable with computers and POS systems
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual a plus
- Valid drivers license may be required for occasional errands
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Front desk/showroom environment with frequent customer interaction
- Standing walking and light lifting (up to 15 lbs)
- Regular use of phones computers and office equipment
- Must be able to speak clearly listen attentively and work in a fast-paced setting
