Job Description
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Canby OR
Shift: Graveyard 11:00 pm to 7:30 am or 11:30 pm to 8:00 am
Pay & Incentives:
Starting pay: $20/hour during the probationary period
Opportunity to earn an average of $24/hour through incentive pay available after the probationary period and based on performance and position
Shift differential: $0.50/hour for Swing Shift $0.75/hour for Graveyard Shift
Weekly pay
Benefits (Following Probationary Period):
Paid holidays vacation and sick time in accordance with company policy or applicable agreements

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain automated production machinery
Perform adjustments minor troubleshooting and quality checks
Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and workspace
Job Requirements:
1 year in a manufacturing or production setting
Physically able to work in a hot environment; bend twist lift stand
Available for overtime and weekend work
Must wear required PPE
