Construction General Manager

$100k base salary
Client:We are recruiting for a family-owned and operated general contractor in Charlotte. Specializing in new residential construction they offer services such as roofing drywall painting siding and house wrap and are bringing a modern touch to a traditional industry.
Job info:The General Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of branch operations with a focus on financial performance productivity and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations the GM will oversee field technicians repair technicians warehouse associates and area managers. The ideal candidate will also be someone who thrives in a modern environment and is comfortable using technology and AI tools to analyze data for efficient operations leadership.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a General/Operations Manager or project manager/construction manager with a strong roofing background
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Dynamics or similar reporting systems
- Knowledgeable in safety compliancefield operations inventory management and customer engagement
- Certification in safety management or OSHA compliance is desirable but not essential.
