The role
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our team to deliver an excellent repairs service to both internal and external customers; meeting their high expectations during every interaction.
You will be responsible for all repairs within bdht properties with the aim of completing sustainable quality repairs every time. Listening and understanding our customers needs is equally as important in this role so effective communication skills are key.
About you
You will have proven experience and skills of working as a multi-skilled tradesperson across multiple trade areas along with demonstrable experience in a base trade of Plumbing or Carpentry.
An NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry or equivalent qualification would be desirable.
You will need to have a working knowledge of health and safety and the ability to use / learn mobile software.
Applicants must also have a clean drivers licence and their own trade tools. A tool allowance can be claimed upon completion of probation.
This post requires that the job holder is subject to a DBS check at Basic level.
