Job Responsibilities:
Foster relationships& ensure needs are metwith customers who need maintenance or major repairs warranty recall or diagnostic service to vehicles
Communicate any changes in the cost estimate or promise time with customers
Provide scheduled check-ins with customers to ensure transparency with service
Ensure all documentation and repair orders are processed accurately
Complete proper documentation to best communicate with other service teammates
Maintains professional appearance.
All other duties tasks and/or projects as assigned
Requirements:
Strong focus on customer service(phone & face to face)with a friendly up-beat attitude
Ability to work in a team-based environment.
Excellentcommunication skills(verbal and written)
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles strongly preferred
Reliable & dependable
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
Must be able to submit and clean background check.
