Location: Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha WI

Do you have a passion for cars a talent for leading teams and a drive to deliver fast high-quality service Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Quick Lane Express Technician to oversee and guide our Express Team while keeping our customers on the road safely and efficiently.

What Youll Do:
Manage and oversee operations on two Express Service lifts
Lead and supervise a team of Quick Lane Express Technicians
Perform maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations brake inspections battery tests and filter replacements
Ensure quality control efficiency and proper documentation of all services performed
Communicate with service advisors to ensure timely workflow
Mentor junior technicians and support their development
Assist in maintaining shop cleanliness organization and safety protocols
What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience as an Express or Quick Lane Technician
Leadership experience or a strong desire to lead and coach others
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
ASE certification(s) preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
