Learn more at Description The Learning Excellence Manager is a key member of the Learning Excellence Neuroscience Schizophrenia Team and will coordinate our learning and development efforts for the Schizophrenia sales team. The LE Manager will design develop and implement learning assets and deliverables that align to Sales and Marketing objectives for the growth of INVEGA SUSTENNA INVEGA TRINZA INVEGA HAFYERA and CAPLYTA. They will support POA meetings new hire experiences and product/indication launches. This includes updating maintaining and delivering new hire curricula as well as addressing the ongoing learning and development needs of the entire sales force based on sales direction. This role will conduct ongoing environmental scan of potential learning gaps throughout the field and develop strategies on how to address them. Accordingly the LE Manger collaborates with peers sales leadership marketing brand partners regulatory HCC and other stakeholders to design and deploy targeted programs that meet all learning needs and enhance on-the-job effectiveness. The LE Manager serves as a conduit between marketing and sales by translating and communicating brand strategies to sales personnel through multiple training mediums while adhering to all appropriate Guidelines (e.g. HCC Regulatory etc.). Content Development and Facilitation: Project Management & Collaboration: Clinical & Marketplace Expertise: The anticipated base pay range for this position is $115000 to $198950. The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
